About Bob

Bob Moore is the founder of Effectiveness, Inc, which was established in 1975 to help entrepreneurs and executives implement the timeless principles from Peter Drucker’s best-selling book, The Effective Executive. Bob is the creator of the Nine-Step Business Accelerator Roadmap that can transform CEOs from frustration to fulfillment in twelve months or less.

A 1993 graduate of Coach U, a Master Certified Coach, and founding member of the International Coach Federation, Bob established The Effectiveness Coach® Transformation process for executives and professionals who want to be more effective, more confident, and more impactful.

Bob is also the managing principal of The Talent Management Institute, a Resource Center he founded in 2007 following the publication of his book, Turning Good People Into Top Talent and The Total Talent Management System™. He is an internationally recognized authority in the use of assessments to optimize executive, team, and organizational effectiveness and the publisher of the weekly blog, Tips for Transformation and Getting the Right Things Done.

Bob is a graduate of NC State University and was elected a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants in 1995. He is also a Certified Business Growth Specialist and Value Builder Advisor.
